The staff are very friendly and efficient. The office is well run. The idea of our 2 year old puppy getting immediate care if needed is amazing. The communication with the Veterinarian is state-of-the-art and same day. I’m glad we found out about Felix & Fido

I just got done with the most positive vet appointment, ever. Dr. Smith and her tech, Amber, were so professional, friendly, and sensitive... their "chill" demeanor put me at ease immediately.
