What pet parents are saying about us

Skeptical at first, but I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism and knowledge from Dr Kuhn and Vanessa… Yinzi L.

Felix&Fido is top notch. My dog Cali was smiling the whole time… It was super easy to book online and the care Cali received from Dr. Kuhn and Vanessa was gentle and spot on her needs. Erik R.

So easy and convenient! Normally vet visits are a stressful experience for both myself and my cat - I absolutely dread having to put him in the carrier and mess that follows. But this time, there was no mess to clean and my cat was the most relaxed he had ever been for an appointment - even with receiving a blood draw. Such a relief! Dr. Kuhn and Vanessa were so friendly, patient, and professional. Will definitely use their services again. :) Shannon R.

When you call our clinic number (425-243-1323) you will be able to leave a voicemail routed to the appropriate member of the care team based on the reason for your call. During business hours, we will get back to you as soon as we are able to via a text to your phone number.

For the most part, you will not be able to connect with our team directly via a phone call.

The reason for this is that phone communication can be slow, inefficient, and doesn’t allow for prioritization of the different situations we receive calls about. For example, if our phone line is occupied by a care team member having a lengthy discussion about puppy socialization and training recommendations with a client, another client who has a pet experiencing trouble breathing may be either waiting on hold or unable to get through. Our communication system makes use of our telehealth platform and text +/- email communication. All medical concerns are routed through our telehealth platform where a symptom analysis of the concern is performed, and an open chat dialogue is opened with our care team. We use mostly text communication for less urgent issues like prescription refills and general medical questions.

If you are new to Felix&Fido, please click on the “Contact us” button at the top of our website to be routed to the appropriate place where we can assist you. If you are a current client who has already established care for your pet with us, please go to the “Client portal” to choose what you’d like to communicate with us about. During business hours, our care team will respond to your message as soon as they are able via a text to your phone number.

While we are not an emergency/critical care hospital we have the capability and the desire to help you and your pet as much as possible when a medical issue arises that needs more immediate care. Depending on the nature of the issue and the circumstances we will prioritize your pets needs for care and help you as much as possible.

If we are not able to help you, you will need to contact one of the ER/critical care 24/7 hospitals in the area:

  • SVS Seattle
  • Animal Medical Center of Seattle
  • SVS Kirkland
  • Animal Emergency and & Specialty in Kirkland
  • Animal Emergency Hospital of Redmond
  • Veterinary Specialty Center in Lynwood
  • BluePearl Renton
  • Summit Veterinary Referral Center in Tacoma

While we are able to offer some end of life care and pain management services via our mobile care unit, at this time we are not able to offer at-home euthanasia services. However, we will help connect you with veterinarians that provide these types of service. We are hoping to add this service to what we offer in the near future.

We will not offer boarding at our clinic in Issaquah.
