Why membership?

We believe that pets aren’t seen regularly enough to ensure their happiness and well-being. Costs, appointment availability, and the inconvenience of bringing your pet in can often hinder them from getting the care they truly need. That’s why our membership eliminates exam fees, reserves appointment slots for members, and offers free telehealth access, so you never have to navigate your pet’s health concerns on your own.

Membership benefits

Concierge Care

We provide you and your pet with the special attention they need by offering additional appointment slots and regular check-ins to ensure your pet receives the highest level of care, making their health and well-being our top priority.

No exam fees

Get top-notch care and advice from our team at Felix&Fido, without the stress of worrying about exam fees when your pet needs help. We’re here to make pet parenting as convenient and worry-free as possible. If you have any questions, just let us know!

Reduced pricing on diagnostic testing

We want to help our members spot health problems in their pets early on. That’s why we offer discounted diagnostic testing, allowing you to identify potential health issues before they become serious.

After-hours telehealth and 24/7 Nurseline

Whether you’re at the office or in the comfort of your own home, our telehealth platform is always available to support you. Our members can take advantage of after-hours teleheath and a 24/7 nurseline at no extra charge, ensuring that you have access to expert guidance whenever you need it.

Our membership prices are calculated per pet.

Additional pets receive a $20 discount on membership.

Memberships are billed annually and include unlimited visits so we have no plans to bill monthly.

The member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason. In case of cancellation, we will be happy to refund the prorated balance after deducting all services provided up to the cancellation date at full-price plus a $30 processing fee.

The membership starts once you purchase it.

We encourage you to schedule a wellness visit shortly after you sign up for membership, so we can meet your furry family member and establish VCPR. A Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship, or VCPR for short, is established once your veterinarian has had the opportunity to do a full physical examination. Once there is VCPR, they will be able to diagnose and treat any medical conditions your pet develops in the future.

When you start your pet’s membership you also gain access to Felix&Fido telehealth, as well as priority access to services in case of urgent needs. You will be able to start a telehealth consultation with our care team 24/7 for any reason that might concern you about your pet, e.g., diarrhea, rashes or vomiting.

Yes we do. We encourage having pet insurance for costs beyond what membership covers, as well as unanticipated medical expenses for your pet. Our team submits insurance claims and provides claim support for our customers.

In general there are two types of exams. You can think of the wellness comprehensive exam as a proactive exam that is oriented towards prevention, maintaining, and improving the health status of the pet. It consists of a full physical exam and then consultation with you about your pet’s overall health and well-being, often focusing on topics like behavior, nutrition and management of chronic conditions. A regular exam or office visit is more reactive and is appropriate for times when a new problem or concern about your pet’s health comes up. This exam is more focused on the affected body system rather than the entire pet.
