Your other loyal companion

Unlike traditional care which is delivered in 20-minute appointments, our care does not start and end in an office visit. Our membership model enables us to be available for you and your pet on a continuous basis in and out of the clinic. Your pet deserves premium care and you deserve peace of mind.

Choosing a plan for your pet

Our membership plans are designed to help keep your pet healthy and us engaged in their care. The Entry plan provides basic access to our services. The Essential plan is great for pets who need annual comprehensive and preventative care, plus occasional sick care, either at home or in our clinic. The Enhanced plan is recommended for pets whose health needs to be monitored more closely, including more in-clinic exams, diagnostics, and visits at home.

What to expect

The comprehensive physical exam and consultation

Our membership plans anchor around routine wellness physical exams so we can familiarize ourselves with your pet’s ever-changing healthcare needs. As a member, your pet gets unlimited exams as the need arises with no exam fees. Our fully-equipped, state-of-the-art clinic, opening May 2023, provides your veterinary team access to many services that your pet might need.

Convenient triage at home and access to 24/7 telemedicine

If you are ever concerned about your pet, use our online portal to reach us. Our veterinary team is committed to doing everything they can to help your pet get the care they need. Depending on the nature of the case, we may ask you to bring your pet into the clinic for work up and treatments. For members, when medically appropriate, we may send a veterinary nurse to your home to further evaluate your pet or administer medication and care.

Priority access to our services when you have an urgent need

Being a members-only clinic enables us be more available for you and your pet when you need us. You will always be able to reach us in a timely manner.

We currently serve the following zip codes with at-home nurse care: 98006, 98007, 98008, 98027, 98029, 98040, 98056, 98059, 98074, 98075.

Our membership prices are calculated per pet.

We do not offer discounts for multiple pets. Our membership packages are optimized for each pet with a major focus on preventative care to ensure we keep your furry family member healthy, and catch illness early.

As a multi pet family you will be saving on at-home care, by paying for only one travel fee per visit to your home, even if more than one of your pets is scheduled to be evaluated.

Memberships are billed annually as they include an annual exam. At the moment we do not offer monthly billing.

The member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason. In case of cancellation, we will be happy to refund the prorated balance after deducting all services provided up to the cancellation date at full-price plus a $30 processing fee.

The membership starts once you purchase it.

We encourage you to schedule a wellness visit shortly after you sign up for membership, so we can meet your furry family member and establish VCPR. A Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship, or VCPR for short, is established once your veterinarian has had the opportunity to do a full physical examination. Once there is VCPR, they will be able to diagnose and treat any medical conditions your pet develops in the future.

When you start your pet’s membership you also gain access to the Felix&Fido telehealth web app, as well as priority access to services in case of urgent needs. You will be able to start a telehealth consultation with our care team 24/7 for any reason that might concern you about your pet, e.g., diarrhea, rashes or vomiting.

Yes we do. We encourage having pet insurance for costs beyond what membership covers, as well as unanticipated medical expenses for your pet. Our team submits insurance claims and provides claim support for our customers.

In general there are two types of exams. You can think of the wellness comprehensive exam as a proactive exam that is oriented towards prevention, maintaining, and improving the health status of the pet. It consists of a full physical exam and then consultation with you about your pet’s overall health and well-being, often focusing on topics like behavior, nutrition and management of chronic conditions. A regular exam or office visit is more reactive and is appropriate for times when a new problem or concern about your pet’s health comes up. This exam is more focused on the affected body system rather than the entire pet.
